Shipping & Returns

UNITED KINGDOM

All orders are shipped Royal Mail 48.  Although they should be with you within 2 - 3 days, please allow up to 7 days for delivery. 

 

EUROPE

All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email. Once your item has arrived in your country, it will be delivered to you using your local postal service. It is your responsibility to track your item, and if for any reason your item could not be delivered (for example, it was too big for your mailbox) you must contact your mail delivery service. They are supposed to leave a card, but many forget, so please just ring them to re arrange delivery - we cannot do this for you. Typical delivery times are between 5-7 days, but may take longer, especially if your country chooses to stop your parcel for a customs inspection. This is beyond our control. 

 

USA / REST OF WORLD

All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email. Once your item has arrived in your country, it will be delivered to you using your local postal service. It is your responsibility to track your item, and if for any reason your item could not be delivered (for example, it was too big for your mailbox) you must contact them. They are supposed to leave a card, but many forget, so please just ring them to re arrange delivery - we cannot do this for you.

I'm sorry, but we cannot replace items that have been confirmed by the mail company as  having been successfully delivered to you.

Typical delivery times are between 7-10 days, but may take longer, especially if your country chooses to stop your parcel for a customs inspection (this may take several weeks). This is beyond our control. Shipping at peak times such as the lead up to Christmas may take substantially longer.

 

Please note, although we are happy to send to Armed Forces Post, as tracking is only possible for part of it's journey, we will not refund or replace missing parcels. Please consider this carefully when placing your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery or refund any losses for post to South Africa, Africa or South America so please think carefully before placing an order.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You MUST contact us as soon as possible, preferably within a few hours of ordering (but a maximum of 24 hours) if you have made a mistake and need to cancel.

As long as we have not started making your custom item. we will be happy to cancel for you.  You will be charged a £2 cancellation fee per item to cover the PayPal fees/lost sales & time we have lost with order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order and we have already engraved your item, or made your item , we will not be able to refund you as it is a custom piece. 

If you have a history of placing orders with us and repeatedly cancelling, we will refuse future sales from you. 

We cannot accept returns on custom items. If you have a fault with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your item so that we can fix it.

Non Faulty, Non-handmade items may be returned for a refund within 14 days, provided they have not been unpackaged, worn or used, with the exception of intimate clothing items, pierced earrings and anything which may pose a hygiene risk if returned or re-sold. Buyer must pay return postage, which is only refundable in the case of a fault with your item.
